What is Marist Youth?
Marist Youth is a group of young men who share their faith through words and actions in the image of Mary our Mother, and Saint Marcellin Champagnat.
Goals of Marist Youth
- To make Jesus known and loved
- To serve Jesus through Mary
- To develop leadership skills
- To learn what it takes to be Marist
- To get in touch with ourselves
- To assist others in getting in touch with their spirituality
- To help us learn more about who we really/truly are
- To educate others on the life and mission of Marcellin Champagnat
- To do good quietly
Meetings
Meetings are held monthly within the context of a prayer service. Part of the service is reflection, intentions, times for personal prayer and the agenda of the meeting. A wide variety of topics are discussed which focus around how members of Marist Youth can be of service and assume roles of leadership in the school.
